Files	--files	Map Of KeyAndValue	Key > file name, value > path or binary data
Title	--title	String	Post title
Important	--important	Boolean	Mark post as important
Token	--token	String	Access token, when app auth method used

Returns: Map Of KeyAndValue - serialized JSON of answer from Bitrix24 API
