UserID--useridString, Number✖Users ID. Current by default
Time--timeDate✖Start time. The date must match the current. Current time by default.
Report--reportString✖Reason for change. Required when Time is specified and free schedule is disabled
Token--tokenString✖Access token, when app auth method used

Returns: Map Of KeyAndValue - serialized JSON of answer from Bitrix24 API
