Sends binary data over the specified connection

Function SendBinaryData(Val Connection, Val Data, Val Timeout = 5000) Export

Data	-	BinaryData	✔	Sending data
Timeout	-	Number	✖	Data reading timeout (ms). 0 > no limit

Returns: Boolean - Flag of successful delivery
